How do i track my order?

What to do if my item has arrived damaged/faulty?

We are incredibly sorry if you have received a damaged item from us.
So we can have this sorted for you immediately, click on the icon, which can be located on the bottom right-hand corner of this page, or send us an email to support@cylacollection.com.

In your first message, please explain that you have received a damaged item, and you will be asked to provide the following:
* Your order number, full name, and email address
* Your shipping address
* A photo of the damaged area
Our team will then be able to investigate this further and provide a solution for you.
PS: You should notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
